COLD FINGER BUFFET SUGGESTIONS (MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE)

Any menu can be rearranged to suit your taste or budget. We will be pleased to quote for any specific food requirements or special diets. We require your order by 12.00 noon the previous working day (Friday for a Monday delivery). Buffets are presented fully garnished on platters, charges at £1.00 each . Refrigerated Delivery is free within the London EC postal areas on orders of £40.00 and over ex VAT. Prices do not include VAT.

Goujons of free range Chicken. Garlic mayonnaise (60g)
Timbales of chef's vegetable Quiche(1)
Sausage selection. Mustard mayonnaise(2)
plus a selection of sandwiches, one per person including:
Smoked Scotch Salmon, Roast Chicken, Gammon Ham, English Cheddar & Egg mayonnaise.

Skewers of Chicken Satay. Peanut sauce (2)
Vegetable Dim Sum: Cocktail sized vegetable Samosas, Pakoras, Bhajis & Spring Rolls. Raitha dipping sauce. (2)

King Prawns marinated in Lemon and Coriander (2)
Teriyaki Chicken kebabs, Hoi Sin dipping sauce (2)
Goujons of Thai Salmon. Thai sweet Chilli dip (60g)
Assorted Bruschetta. Toasted Ciabatta canapés with a variety of toppings: Parma Ham, Milano Salami, Mozzarella di Buffalo, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, Artichoke hearts etc. (1)
plus a selection of sandwiches, one round per person to include:
Crispy roast Duck & Plum sauce, Prawn & Avocado, Creamed Cheese with sun dried Tomatoes, Brie & grapes etc.

For something more formal, these menus require a plate, but food, literally, can be eaten with just a fork. Minimum 10 people, 48 hours notice required. Prices do not include VAT.

HOT FORK BUFFETS & BARBECUES
Hot buffets can be served whether or not you have kitchen facilities. Ideal for informal occasions where guests may have to stand or to provide hot meals for staff or delegates. They work equally well as main course for more formal seated meals, when no kitchen is available.

All meals are priced including breads, salad where appropriate and dessert. Prices do not include VAT

minimum order 10 of any one menu (excepting special dietary requirements) 48 hours notice (by 12.00 noon) required. Discounts available for regular orders: training courses, staff luncheons etc. Please ask for a quotation

You will also need to hire chaffing dishes and fuel.
Cutlery, crockery, glassware, table linen & staff are also available if required.

BARBECUES:

We specialise in providing tailor made menus for barbecue events, along with staff, equipment, drinks etc. If you have any outside space, this is a great way to entertain staff or clients. How about barbecued Chicken Tikka kebabs, served in hot Nan bread straight from our portable Tandoor oven?

There are no set menus, we prefer to discuss your function & budget, and then create a menu for you. From 100% Aberdeen Angus Steakburgers to Lobsters cooked in the half shell and even imaginative vegetarian ideas.

Our record so far is a function for 900 guests in Mill Hill, so numbers are not a problem. Please call for a quote.
